This is the last post to BLOGDRIVE. I’ve moved the column to http://thetruefacts.blogharbor.com. The backup site is still http://JLWalther.blogspot.com. I have completed moving the subscribed reader database to the Blogharbor.com site. If you reach the column though one of the newspapers that carry it, the associated link will take you to the new site.

Once this final notification has been sent out, I will delete the subscriber database at Blogdrive.com.

In other words, if you had entered your email address in order to receive email notification of new posts on the Blogdrive.com site, you will now receive the notification from the Blogharbor.com site. I use a third party vendor to do this because they have no control over the subscriber database.

Since I control the database, no one can sell it and I guarantee you that I won’t. EVER! Under any circumstances! Each subscriber has the same opt-out. Just click on unsubscribe and that’s all there is.

Blogdrive.com has been nothing but problems for the past year and a half. All online facilities experience problems from time-to-time. However, Blogdrive.com has raised it to an art form.

Not only do they experience numerous outages and other problems, it takes several days to fix them. The latest lasted close to a week. This is unacceptable for paying customers, which I was.

I am responsible to 23 newspaper editors across the United States. My material must be online for them prior to midnight each Sunday. This became increasingly impossible through Blogdrive.com.

Those wishing to subscribe need only type their email address into the box in the upper right of the screen at the new site.
